What the Work Delivered
- Developed and facilitated the submission of a Commercial Solutions for Classified package to receive CSfC Registration, providing USASOC with a secured end user device capable of mobile access.
- Documented and tested the implemented CSfC solution to ensure it meets NIAP/CSfC compliance standards and is tailored to the Langley Air Force Base specific mission requirements, enabling Langley to more effectively operate and exceed warfighter requirements for software applications.

Risk Identification
Identified risks and provided appropriate remediation recommends for the concepts of operations (CONOPs) and drafted solution architectures.
Site Assessment
Developed a comprehensive site assessment plan for the onsite security evaluation.
Stakeholder Facilitation
Facilitated discussions with external stakeholders on security matters, documented important considerations, and worked alongside project managers to ensure all tasks are tracked and effectively executed.
Vendor Guidance
Provided technical guidance to vendors during the implementation and integration of the solution, leveraging our CSfC expertise to drive their success.
Test Planning
Developed security test plans and individual test cases.
IV&V
Executed Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) to identify any deviations in the implemented CSfC solution.
Capability Packages
Generated detailed and comprehensive Mobile Access Capability Packages (MA CP), that included Key Management (KM) and Continuous Monitoring (CONMON) matrices.
Accreditation
Collaborated with the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to obtain RMF and CDS accreditations.
Submission
Submitted complete CSfC package to the NSA CSfC PMO for registration approval.
