Information You Give Us
This website has no account system, no login, and no contact form. The only way to send us information through this site is to email the addresses published on it. If you do, we receive whatever you choose to put in that message, and we keep it in our corporate mailbox under the same retention rules as any other business correspondence.
We use what you send us to answer you. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone.
Information Collected Automatically
This site is served as static files by GitHub Pages. Like any web host, it records standard server request logs, which include IP addresses, and those logs are held by GitHub under their own policy rather than by us. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site trackers, and this site sets no cookies of its own.
Who Else Sees a Request
Two things on this site are loaded from other companies, which means your browser contacts them directly and they receive your IP address and basic request information, as they would for any site that uses them.
Google Fonts. Typefaces are fetched from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com when a page loads.
Google Maps. The Contact page embeds a map of our Alachua office.
We have no other embeds, no chat widget, and no social tracking scripts.
Access, Correction and Deletion
If you have emailed us and want to know what we hold, or want it corrected or deleted, write to collaborate@emergingtech.co and we will respond within a reasonable period. Because we hold correspondence rather than profiles, this is usually a short conversation.
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Work performed under federal contracts is governed by the terms of those contracts and the security requirements that come with them, not by this policy. This page covers the public website only.
