Construction Manager: Bath VA Medical Center
Emerging Tech is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to provide onsite construction management for renovation, capital improvement, and infrastructure projects at the Bath VA Medical Center (76 Veterans Avenue, Bath, NY). You’ll manage projects from design through closeout, keeping work safe, on schedule, on budget, and compliant with VA and federal requirements, all while minimizing disruption to an active hospital. Two-year contract with possibility of extension; anticipated start August 3, 2026.
What You’Ll Do
- Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning through final turnover
- Own schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Monitor contractor performance and conduct routine site inspections
- Coordinate with VA leadership, architects, engineers, contractors, and inspectors
- Report project status, cost analyses, and risk mitigation to stakeholders
What We’Re Looking For
- U.S. citizenship required, with ability to pass a federal background investigation
- 8+ years of construction management experience, ideally in occupied healthcare facilities
- Comfortable with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar tools
- PMP, CCM, OSHA 30, or LEED certification a plus
- Full-time onsite at the Bath VA Medical Center
Salary: $140,000–$165,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
