Electronic Health Record Modernization: One Record, One Veteran
Emerging Tech supported the VA’s EHRM Program Management Office to connect VA medical facilities with DoD, the U.S. Coast Guard, and community care providers.
Department of Veterans Affairs
Supported the Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) Program Management Office (PMO) to implement a new system that connects VA medical facilities with the Department of Defense, the U.S. Coast Guard, and participating community care providers, enabling clinicians to access a Veteran’s complete medical history in one central location.

- Provided software licensing, product integration, configuration management, testing, deployment planning, hosting, organizational change management, training, sustainment, and other necessary efforts to support the EHRM PMO.
